in accordance with the decision of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 15, 2023 No. Pr-1402, the system for issuing unified electronic visas to foreign citizens of 55 states included in the list approved by order No. 2571-r. dated October 6, 2020 of the Government of the Russian Federation will be launched on August 1, 2023 starting from 07:00 UTC on a special automated website of the Russian Foreign Ministry at:
Unified electronic visas are valid for entry into the Russian Federation and exit from the Russian Federation by air, road and water transport, as well as without the use of vehicles only through checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation, the list of which was approved by the order No. 2741-r of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 23, 2020.
