Nordwind Airlines care for customers’ rights and prepared a list indicating these rights.
LLC “NORD WIND” Passengers have a right:
- for free baggage transportation, if its weight doesn’t exceed the standard, set by the airline;
- free* transportation of 1 child up to 2 years old without separate seat;
- for full information about flight and conditions of baggage transportation.
*domestic flights – for free, international flight – 10% price of the ticket.
In case of interruption of a flight due to a fault of the Carrier as well as in case of delay, cancellation of a flight due to weather conditions, technical issues or otherwise and route changes, a passenger has a right:
- for mother’s room if a passenger travels with a child under 7 years old;
- for 2 phone calls or 2 e-mails if flight delay exceeds 2 hours;
- for free beverages if flight delay exceeds 2 hours;
- for free hot meal if flight delay exceeds 4 hours and further hot meal shall be provided every 6 hours in the day-time and every 8 hours at night;
- for free hotel accommodation if flight delay exceeds 4 hours in the day-time and 6 hours at night;
- for free “airport-hotel-airport” transfer if hotel accommodation is provided without any additional charges;
- for free baggage storage arrangement;
- for compensation for flight delay in accordance with Article 120 of the Russian Air Code.
In case of late baggage delivery, damage or loss of baggage, a passenger has a right:
- to receive compensation in accordance with current legislation of the Russian Federation.
