Booking changes

It is not allowed.
The following changes may be introduced into the passenger’s data any time prior to the departure:
— correction of an error made in a passenger’s name, surname or patronym (fee charged);
— correction due to the change of the surname (fee charged);
— change passport details or enter details of another document (the airline doesn’t charge any fee for the change);
— correction of the date of birth.(the airline doesn’t charge any fee for the change).

If you have a ticket for a scheduled flight:
— Please apply to the organization where you purchased the ticket.
— If you purchased the ticket at nordwindairlines.ru, please send request to: n4@nordwindairlines.ru.

If you have a ticket for a charter flight:
— Please apply to your tour agent or tour operator.
— If you bought the ticket for a charter flight separately from a tour package, please apply to the organization where you purchased the ticket.
— Agent/ tour agent / tour operator may charge additional fees for changes.
— If your flight departs in less than 3 hours or your tour agency (agency) is closed (on weekend and official holidays), please send request to: n4@nordwindairlines.ru.

IMPORTANT NOTE! It is not allowed to replace the person stated as passenger in a ticket for another person.

You can refund your ticket without any deductions in case of accidental illness of passenger or illness or death of his/her relative, travelling together with him/her. This fact must be confirmed by a medical document confirmation
To receive a reasonable refund, it’s necessary to inform the airline prior to the departure. In addition, you have to send a request for cancellation of seat booking prior to the end of the check-in at the airport, i.e. at least 40 minutes prior to the departure, along with the detailed information, to the place where you purchased the ticket. Please be reminded, that request processing might take some time, please take this into account when sending urgent messages.
If your ticket/service is purchased at nordwindairlines.ru and if in accordance with the fare rules or other criteria you have a right for refund (as advised to you be our manager via email or phone), but the validity period of your bank card has ended, you have to forward an application via our e-mail: n4@nordwindairlines.ru
The applications may be completed by hand or digitally. The applications must be signed by the payer’s handwritten signature.
The refund handling term is 30 calendar days
