Additional fees

Fee for the provision of automated booking systems services
(ZZ) –
The charge is applied for each section of the route if selling/exchanging/reissuing of the ticket is involved.
In case of voluntary return / exchange of a ticket, the charge is not refundable.

Fuel charge (YR) / Airport charges (RI) / Charge for the automated booking systems services (YQ) –
The charges are applied for each section of the route at the point of ticket’s sale, if the ticket is available for the requested direction.
In case of ticket exchange or reissuing, the charges are transferred from the exchanged ticket.
In the event of a charge increase, an additional amount will be charged to meet the fee total charge on the new level.
In case of a voluntary refund, subject to the return of the ticket, the fuel charge for the provision of automated booking systems services and airport charges are refunded, minus the penalty for the transportation refusal foreseen by the fare.
In the event of an involuntary ticket return, the charge for the provision of automated booking systems services and airport charges are refunded.

The charges are not applicable for the following categories of passengers:
INF (РМГ) – the baby under 2 years old, without separate seat.

Important

Voluntary violation of the flight coupons sequence is not allowed.

  • If you do not use one of the segments of the route, then all the following sections of the flight will be canceled.
  • If you cannot use one of the first segments of the route, but want to use the subsequent segments, it is necessary to reissue the entire ticket for the new dates when you are ready to use all segments of the route, or make a full refund in accordance with the used fare conditions.

Forced violation of the flight coupons sequence is permitted.

  • You can use route segments not in the direct sequence of their use if there were changes in one of the segments by the initiative of the Airline. In order to do so, you must inform the Airline in advance.

Passengers may, at their discretion, keep their return ticket valid if they miss their initial flight

  • You may contact airport ticket desks or use the form of our Passenger Support Centre
  • After check-in closure, less than 40 minutes before and within two hours after the departure of the flight the passenger has missed
  • The return flight must be scheduled no earlier than 24 hours after the departure time of the originally missed flight.

IMPORTANT! No fee is applied if you wish to keep your return flight ticket after missing your outbound journey. No refunds or changes to the remaining journey are allowed for unused flight segments. The use of any retained itinerary segments is strictly limited to transportation services!
