When opting for the service extending the standard check-in time by 10 minutes (for passengers flying from Kaliningrad, Kazan, Makhachkala, Orenburg and Saint Petersburg) and accelerating pre-flight formalities (for passengers flying from Sochi):

  • the boarding time is not extended,
  • purchasing the service does not guarantee successful boarding,
  • the passenger must independently assess whether they will have enough time to pass passport control and pre-flight inspection before the end of the boarding time,
  • the service will be considered to have been provided properly regardless of whether you made it for boarding or not,
  • The airline may refuse to sell the service in a situation where the passenger will make it to boarding time (due to a combination of factors) without explaining the reasons for the refusal.

The "Extend Check-in + Fast Track" service is available for all regular flights from Sochi to cities in Russia
