We would like to offer you to use the baggage and ski equipment delivery service from your departure airport to the remote baggage terminal, located in the ski resort Sheregesh and back.

  • The baggage delivery is made between the airport of Novokuznetsk and the remote baggage terminal in the Sheregesh Resort;
  • In case of flying to Novokuznetsk, service purchase is available at least 25 hours before the departure time;
  • In case of flying from Novokuznetsk, service purchase is available at least 28 hours before the departure time;
  • Your flight goes to/from the airports of Sochi, Kazan, St. Petersburg and Novokuznetsk.
  • Your flight date from 23 november 2024.
  • The service cost is 999 rubles for 1 baggage piece for one way trip.
  • Order and payment: The service is available at the website at the link to my booking or during the tickets’ booking.
 When departing to the city of Novokuznetsk please do the following steps at check-in counter:
  • to inform an employee about baggage delivery service to the Sheregesh Resort;
  • to inform an employee, which of your baggage items will be sent with this service.
Place of baggage claim, after it was delivered in accordance with the chosen service is the remote baggage terminal in Sheregesh Resort, located in the resort complex «Belka».
In order to receive the delivered baggage at the terminal, the passenger should show the workers a passport and the baggage tag. Daily from 11.00 am to 20.00 pm, before the departure date, please show up at the remote baggage terminal in Sheregesh Resort, check-in for your flight next day and check-in your baggage, after you paid for the service of its delivery. There is no need to check-in again at the Novokuznetsk airport, since your boarding pass will be issued and given to you at this remote terminal in Sheregesh Resort, and the checked-in baggage will be delivered to your final flight destination.

Free baggage allowance is subject to standard registration at check-in counters at Novokuznetsk airport.
Baggage delivered from Sheregesh remote terminal under a paid service shall be in accordance with the baggage allowance defined by the airline. If a baggage exceeds the set standards, the service shall not be provided (payment shall be refunded, refund conditions are stated below). If your cabin baggage exceeds the set size standards, it shall be paid separately from the baggage delivery service. The cabin baggage size control and payment in case it exceeds the applicable standards is done either at check-in counters or at the gate of Novokuznetsk airport.
  • In case of an involuntary waiver of service – the cost of service is fully refunded to you;
  • In case of an voluntary waiver of service more than 48 hours to the departure time – the cost of service is fully refunded to you;
  • In case of an voluntary waiver of service less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours to the departure time – 50% the cost of service is refunded to you;
  • In case of an voluntary waiver of service less than 24 hours to the departure time – no refund.
