In the morning of December 27th, the travelers and employees of Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow were rushing during the pre-New Year bustle. Then a pleasant surprise allowed them to join the celebrations of the 15th Nordwind Airlines anniversary. At the hall area of the airport a life-size polar bear greeted our passengers, smiled at the unforgettable photo that were taken and treated all guests with the delicious sweets. At the same time our flight attendants gave away gifts to the most active participants of the Nordwind lottery.

The Sheremetyevo Airport is one of our home airports – as of today we operate scheduled flights from Moscow to 14 domestic and international destinations. Within the official part of the celebration, the Sheremetyevo International Airport got an award for its contribution to the Nordwind flight program, as a symbol of the strong partnership between the Airport and the Carrier. The Airlines also received congratulations from the Airport’s representatives as well - the Director of the Aviation Commercial Directorate at the Mr. Khizhnyak Vladimir, the Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance in «Sheremetyevo Security» JSC Ms. Tatyana Y. Maryina, the Deputy General Director - Commercial Director of «Moskva Cargo» LLC Ms. Elena V. Konkina and the Head of Airlines Relations of «Moskva Cargo» LLC Ms. Nataliya Sukhova.
