Changed your mind and not up for flying?
We will refund your money even for the non-refundable tickets!
The full refund of the tickets’ price is available for the direct and transfer flights inside Russia if the tickets are issued from 4th to 9th October 2022, provided that at the moment of your refund request more than 7 days are left until the date of your planned departure.
Possible to submit a refund request at the place of the tickets’ purchase:
- in the Customer Support Center of Nordwind Airlines if you booked the tickets at the Airlines’ website,
- at the place of the tickets’ purchase of the transaction was made at the third party place.
