In connection with the partial mobilization announcement in Russia, the citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as their family members travelling together who booked our transportation services prior 10:00 am on September 21st, 2022, have the right to apply for an involuntary refund at the place of tickets purchase. Firstly, they should cancel the booked transportation before the flight departure in their travel agency or using the airline's contact center by phone +7 (495) 488 77 77 or +7 (495) 730 50 80, as well as using the feedback form on the official website
The proof for a full refund is one of the following supporting documents:
- military draft card
- mobilization order
- certificate from the military registration and enlistment office
- other supporting documents
For the family members an involuntary return is possible after they present the official documents confirming kinship.
