The Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve is a favorite summer residence of the great Russian rulers. The park complex with an area of 390 hectares is located in the southern district of the capital. Buildings and structures of Russian architecture of the XVII – XIX centuries have been preserved on its territory.

The territory of Kolomenskoye is considered very valuable: since ancient times, unique flora and natural relief have been preserved here. This is the only nature reserve located almost in the center of Moscow, on the territory of which there are monuments of nature, history and architecture.
