- RF1 (RUZ): the European part of Russia located west of the Urals (Volga Federal District, Northwestern Federal District, Central Federal District, Southern Federal District, North Caucasian Federal District, Krasnodar Territory).
- RF2: Russia east of the Urals, except for the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) – (RVU except for FEFD).
- RF3: Syktyvkar, Cheboksary, Perm, Kirov, Nizhnekamsk, Ivanovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Barnaul.
- RVU: Russia east of the Urals (Far Eastern Federal District, Siberian Federal District, Ural Federal District).

Notes
It’s not allowed for the following passengers to seat near emergency exits:
- Children under 18 y.o
- Passengers with infants
- Pregnant women
- Unaccompanied minors
- Passengers with pets
If the service is purchased for such passengers, the Airline reserved the right to relocate such passengers without reimbursing the cost of the service.
Passengers carrying a pet in the cabin shall be seated in accordance with the requirements for ensuring safety on board the aircraft. Passengers with pets in the cabin are not allowed to occupy seats at emergency exits or seats where there are no seats in front.
If the service is purchased for such passengers, the Airline reserved the right to relocate such passengers without reimbursing the cost of the service.
A specific seat in the aircraft's cabin is assigned to a passenger buying a ticket, booking or checking-in for a flight.
A passenger is free to change a seat on board an aircraft before the end of check-in for the flight subject to an additional fee.
No unauthorized seat change on board an aircraft is allowed.
During the flight, each passenger must remain in the seat assigned to them as specified in the boarding pass.
The Airline reserves the right to change the aircraft. In case of change of aircraft passengers who purchased “Choose your seat” service shall be provided with equivalent seats onboard with the following features reserved:
- Service cost
- Location of seat near window/exit
- Near-by seats if selected
- 1st row seat if selected
For charter flights departing from Russia – not more than 5 days prior to the departure; for charter flights departing to Russia - not more than 14 days prior to the departure.
Conditions for voluntary ticket cancellation:
- allowed if cancelled earlier than 4 hours before the flight departure.
- not allowed 4 or less hours before the flight departure.
