The carrier is free not to provide meals and hot drinks to passengers on board an aircraft if the passenger was informed of the terms of such services prior to the entry into the passenger air transport services agreement. Passengers are offered soft drinks during the flight. The guaranteed meal plan may vary depending on the flight destination and service class. The detailed information is stated below:

Special meals

On flights with the provision of guaranteed food, we offer you the choice of dishes from a special menu based on age, medical indications or religious beliefs.

  • Baby meals

    BBML - means varieties of baby meals

  • Children meals (from 2 y.o)

    CHML - means soft, easy to chew food products are easily identifiable

  • Vegetarian meals

    VGML - means a strict vegetarian diet free from animal food, milk and eggs

Service is to be ordered via feedback form. Baby meals should be ordered not less than 48 hours before the departure, other special meals - not less than 24 hours before the departure. Additional payment for the order of special supplies is not charged.
