Passengers are prohibited from holding multiple tickets (duplicate bookings) for the same flight and date.
If duplicate bookings are identified, the Airline will cancel the ticket with the later booking time and date.
Passenger is permitted to request a refund for the duplicate ticket only if the duplicate booking was made more than 24 hours before the flight's scheduled departure.
