Refund calculation for transfer fares
In case of involuntary refund necessity (when the transportation is partially used), if transfer fare was used for ticket issue in GDS (such as Amadeus, Travelsky, SABRE, etc.), please, contact N4 Reservation Control Group by e-mail address: control@nordwindairlines.ru. To get information about the amounts to be refunded, ticket number is required as well as information about the used part of the itinerary..
