cancellation of the flight booked by the passenger;
cancellation of the aircraft landing at the waypoint which is the point of departure, destination, transfer, stop-over for the passenger;
failure to provide the passenger with services according to the class indicated in the ticket;
failure to provide the passenger with a place in the aircraft booked in advance.In these cases the ticket validity shall be extended without extra pay.
Should the passenger in possession of a ticket paid at standard or special tariff valid for one year request to reserve a place while the Transporter cannot provide a place within the ticket validity period, the validity of such a ticket shall be extended till the next flight of the Transporter with a free place of the same tariff service class as that paid initially. Should the passenger fail to complete the initiated flight within the ticket validity period due to his illness or sickness of a member of his family travelling with him on board, this ticket validity shall be extended to the date when, as per medical evidence, he or the member of his family be able to take a flight or after this date till the next flight of the Transporter with free places of the same tariff service class as that paid initially.
Each single tariff of the Transporter may be subject to change.
Should the passenger declare a loss of the ticket or erroneous execution or damage, the Transporter shall make all efforts within its reasonable control to determine the fact of concluding an air carriage agreement with the passenger. Should the air carriage agreement with the passenger be proved as actually made, the Transporter accept the passenger for transportation according to the terms and conditions of the concluded air carriage agreement providing the passenger with a duly issued ticket.
